Page 1 12/09/2009:  "For me the cross of Jesus is all that causes me to suffer.  The kisses of Jesus upon my soul, however strange this may seem, are the numerous petty sufferings of my daily life" (M ??)

"Dear Jesus, help me to spread Your fragrance everywhere I go.  Flood my soul with Your spirit and life.  Penetrate and possess my whole being so utterly that my life may be only a radiance of Yours.  Shine through me & be so in me that every soul I come in contact with may feel Your Presence in my soul.

Let them look up, & see up ?? me, but only Jesus!   Stay with me & then I will begin to shine as You shine, so to shine as to be a light to others.  The light of Jesus will be all from You, none of it will be mine.  It will be You, shining on others through me.  Let me thus praise You in the way You love but, by shining on those around me.

Page 2 12/09/2009:  Let me preach You as though preaching, not by words but by example, by the ?? force, the sympathetic influence of what I do, the evident fullness of the love my heart bears for you"   (MT)

Having Jesus I have all things - everything.  There is nothing more I want or need.

"God's greatness is not determined by our greatness.
Out of his greatest failure God received glory.
God told me not to show off but to shut up.
I don't have to ?? - I can fail, and god will get glory from it.
Paul didn't let the problems on the outside get inside of him.
Failure does not mean that God has abandoned you.
Paul could overcome failure because he had a Grace perspective - he had a God perspective.
